A thug that has "made it" to the big time. Originally refered ball players that made it out of the streets to make millions as a pro ball player, but now is used to describe any thug that is living large.
Pain is a part of the game when you're a baller.
So now let's go over this status. You can't be a Baller if you live in the ghetto. Ballers have lots of money and are famous for a skill. You can not be a Baller working an ordinary job! Living large usually does not entail having old, broke down, used vehicles; living in ordinary neighborhoods, leading ordinary lives. So next time you think you are a baller just remember you are living in an illusion, a fairytale. That you are just like most of the rest just average ole Jo tryna make it! THAT IS ALL!
