Pesto Pasta and Chicken

Pesto Pasta with Chicken Recipe

Original recipe makes 8 servings

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender, then stir in chicken. Season with red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is golden, and cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto. Toss to coat evenly.

Bryant Breakfast Homies

Ingredients:
2 Waffles
4 Slices of Ham
2 Slices of Cheese (your preference) I use yellow american from deli
2 Eggs
2 tbsp. divided Butter

Place Ham in pan over medium heat with melted butter or olive oil (or whatever you prefer), cook ham til slightly browned mean while toast waffles, place cheese on top of ham when ham is browned, cheese is done on ham when melted, place ham/cheese combo on top of buttered waffles, then cook eggs to your liking I like mine over medium, place cooked egg on top of waffle/ham/cheese....then if you like put syrup on top or eat it plain...this is an awesome recipe!!!

Blackened Tuna Steaks

8 oz sushi grade tuna, lightly add olive oil to both sides, creole spice (if you like it more spicy) or just use Chef Pauls blackening season cook 3-5 minutes on each side Has to be done on a grill, not in a pan or it won't taste the same
